Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Please instruct your financial institution to provide Nightingale with the necessary form to initiate the EFT. Forms should be sent to giving@qqzhangui.com. Once received, our Business Office will complete and return paperwork, along with a letter that includes our routing and account information.
